Cindy put in a enormous amount of time showing me houses. Not easy because I had limited time coming from out of state. Found a house I loved but alas it has expensive repairs needed and Cindy worked hard to help me figure out what to do since they were unwilling to be accountable for the repairs. Sadly, I had to walk away right before I had to come back to ILlinois. After that, we talked often and I had been interested in another house in the same neighborhood we began to work on accessing information. I decided to put in a bid after Cindy and my sister in law (also with Bellator) visited it and had a look. I came back down to have a look and decided to stay in the process of buying that house. All along Cindy was patient and willing to put in the work. She often volunteered to make calls and meet with repairmen and get informtion for me regarding the house and the neighborhoo. I needed extra information since I was not familiar with how things are done in Alabama I appreciated that very much So there is more to say but I recommend Cindy for her willingness to work hard and stay fully involved in the process with me. She even took me to the grocery store to shop for food. ( I didn't have a car) Above and beyond the call of duty Kudos also to my sister in law Monica Alidor who helped in every way and was also patient and lovely and informed. Talked almost every day I couldnt have done it wirhout her (heart emoj) Would highly recommend Bellator to anyone who needs to buy a house!!!!
